We examined over 164 datasets based on actual data collected from businesses, facilities, and organizations operating in all major economic sectors across the country. This research highlighted inconsistencies, showing no single source of accurate, recent data on businesses, factories, or institutions.
For example, one internet search engine suggested there are 1,200 factories, while some authorities claimed a total of 4,500. These discrepancies among sources representing the UAE’s private sector motivated the idea for an official platform. UAE Business Gate now offers a comprehensive list of factories and companies organized by sector, with a daily report of government tenders, private sector tenders, companies winning contracts, and GCC tenders.
As we gather information from all 92 government departments in the UAE, we track and re-post updates on each tender-winning company, supporting corporations in the private sector along the way.
