Property operations software platform Facilio has announced an agreement with Dubai World Trade Centre’s One Central, a grade-A commercial development, to optimise energy consumption and reduce carbon emissions using a software-led approach.

One Central will see the deployment of Facilio’s IoT-led connected buildings solution, which uses AI and machine learning to analyse and benchmark building performance data in real time, the company said in a press statement.

One Central’s team of energy experts will use these insights to develop and implement strategies for reducing energy consumption and utility costs, the statement said, adding that Facilio’s platform helps improve building management and energy efficiency to realise 15 to 30 percent in total energy savings

Facilio currently manages more than 10,000 buildings globally, the statement said .
