About Us

Al Khaleej Sugar, meaning “The Gulf Sugar,” is the first sugar refinery in the Arabian Gulf region. Located in Jebel Ali, Dubai, we have grown to become the largest standalone sugar refinery in the world. Since our inception in 1995, we have continuously expanded our capabilities and are committed to meeting the growing global demand for high-quality refined sugar.

Our Achievements

Al Khaleej Sugar operates with a current production capacity of 6,000 tons of refined white sugar per day. Our refinery has consistently exceeded expectations, achieving significant milestones, including setting a record in April 2016 by producing 7,370 tons of refined sugar in a single day. In 2017, we reached another impressive milestone with a record-breaking 1.87 million tons of refined sugar produced in a year.
