In 1963 by Mr. Sameer Al Mahmood, a local businessman known for his keen business acumen and moral ethics, the Group has established a strong platform for future generations to build upon. The company is headquartered in Sharjah and over the last 45 years has grown into a household name courtesy of the visionary leadership of Mr. Sameer Al Mahmood.

With a clear focus on growth, the reins of the Sameer Al Mahmood Group were recently handed over to Mr. Mahmood’s eldest son, Mr. Faisal Al Ali, who is now spearheading the Group. This young and dynamic entrepreneur is strongly aware of the need for evolution and under his management the Group has embarked on to new areas of business, diversifying from the trading roots he inherited. The team of engineers and skilled technicians is well versed in implementing cost saving measures.
