Established in 1986 by Kishore Roshanlal, the Sinas Group has grown from its beginnings as small workshop in Bur Dubai, into a substantial group of six companies and is now based in Al Quoz – Dubai. Our services include complete turnkey packages ranging from interior fit outs for retailers, shops & offices, hospitality, showrooms, F&B, restaurants, residential apartments, villas, institutions, joinery works & refurbishment works. We are proud to have completed over 1000 projects over the last 30 years.

Today, the group enjoys a well-established position in the interior fit-out and transport sector of the UAE market.

The process of interior design is a team effort on the part of the design professionals, craftspeople, and laypeople. Our Team consists of highly qualified and experienced professionals who understand the industry and strive hard to remain in competition by providing quality services at affordable rates, and meeting the project demands to ensure complete client satisfaction. Our professionals have been in the design & build industry over a long period of time with a collective experience of over 30 years and have rich knowledge of the construction methods, building systems, codes, architectural specifications and safety requirements. Quality of service along with strict adherence to client schedules, being of paramount importance to each individual of our team. Our team comprises of Senior Management, Office Management, Project Managers, Engineers, Senior Foreman, Joinery Foreman, Site Supervisors and skilled and unskilled labor, which sums up to 300+ operatives.

Sinas Interior Division
The Group has grown from the UAE market and now serves Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Its interior division has achieved the feat of completing projects in Africa and Europe.
