In 1982, Karim General Contracting Company (KGCC) which was established to cater the growth in the construction sector in the city of Abu Dhabi. KGCC established a solid reputation as a leader in the contracting industry be it residential, industrial or commercial projects. This reputation was rewarded as repeat customers valued the professional and transparent approach the company bestowed on their projects. Customers struggled to find real estate management companies that mirrored the same professionalism and often approached KGCC to manage their assets upon completion. With 35 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi market and an extensive network across the contracting sector, Mr. Ouda El Gafari made the decision to establish the Gate Properties in 2016.
