Founded in 1952 in Dubai, our company has been at the forefront of the UAE’s development. Over the decades, we have implemented numerous government and private sector projects, contributing to the nation’s rapid growth and transformation.

Key Milestones and Landmark Projects

Our journey began with the construction of the Municipality Building in 1955, followed by the completion of the old Palace of the late Sheikh Ahmad Al-Thani. In 1962, we played a vital role in building the first runway and departure hall at Dubai Airport, a critical infrastructure project for the city’s growing international presence.

By 1967, we expanded our operations to Abu Dhabi, where we were responsible for the establishment of the Short Supervisor. In 1968, we completed the construction of Abu Dhabi International Airport and its internal city roads. Our contributions continued with the construction of the Beach Palace and the main water reservoir in 1969, both significant projects for the region.

Major Infrastructure Developments

In 1970, we completed the construction of a vital road linking Abu Dhabi and Dubai (Corridor I), followed by the completion of Corridor II in 1973. One of our proudest achievements was the establishment of Union House in Dubai, where the UAE flag was hoisted for the first time in 1971.
