The activities of the day one of the 40th session of the Saudi Agricultural Exhibition, held under the patronage of Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli, the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, started today in Riyadh.
The day witnessed the signing of 16 agreements, with investments exceeding SAR3 billion, and three memorandums of understanding for exchanging technical and economic consultations.
These agreements mark a significant milestone in enhancing agricultural development and stimulating investments in this crucial sector. They provide an opportunity to achieve self-sufficiency and strengthen food security, supporting the goals outlined in Saudi Vision 2030.
The Saudi Agricultural Exhibition serves as an ideal platform that brings together agricultural experts and decision-makers from both the Kingdom and various countries. It is recognized as the oldest and largest exhibition of its kind in the region and holds accreditation from the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI). The exhibition is organized by the Riyadh Exhibitions Company Ltd and is considered the premier agricultural event in the Middle East, focusing on agriculture, agro-industries, and food security.
